Mindful Mama

Hi, I'm Emily and I'm so happy that you have found me.

I am a proud mama to two amazing boys, who continue to inspire me every single day. Through my own motherhood journey, I've learned the power of community, movement and self-care - and I am here to share that with you!

Whilst pregnant with my first little, I discovered pregnancy yoga and thoroughly enjoyed our weekly stretch, connection and catch up. So much so, my waters broke on the way to my final pregnancy yoga session and we still continued the class! The ladies I met in that group are still some of my closest friends today!

 

I knew I wanted to pass that forward and share a wonderful, safe, nurturing community with new mamas embarking on this crazy journey of motherhood. So, when I was pregnant with my second little, I completed my training with the Sally Parkes and Mindful Mama was born.

I am passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, birth and beyond. As a pregnancy and postnatal yoga instructor, my mission is to empower mamas to feel strong, calm and connected throughout their journey to motherhood. With a deep love for antenatal care, I believe every woman deserves guidance, support and space to nurture both body and mind during this transformative time.
