Congratulations on your pregnancy - what an exciting time of change for you!

 

Pregnancy yoga is suitable after your 12 week dating scan right up until birth. No experience necessary and all equipment is provided.

Full of gentle movements, tailored to the needs of the expectant mama. Nurture your mind, body and baby whilst reaping the incredible benefits pregnancy yoga has to offer. Learn to feel empowered in your journey to parenthood as you stretch your changing body. My classes help to relieve tension, soothe aches, develop posture for a more comfortable pregnancy and much, much more! With a large focus on breathwork and stretches designed for strengthening, prepare your body and mind for birth - however that looks for you.

All classes are enhanced with specialist knowledge and techniques for labour, birth and beyond.

Classes run every Thursday at the Zen Den, Retford. 7:30pm - 8:30pm
